Eric DiMuzio focuses his practice on representing individuals and entities on sophisticated commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, joint ventures and investment activities.
Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Eric started his career at a New York-based law firm, where he advised clients on all aspects of real estate transactions. He also worked for a premier management consulting group, where he advised Fortune 500 companies and private equity funds on critical aspects of their businesses. Eric obtained his law degree from Cornell Law School, where he graduated cum laude and was the managing editor for Volume 24 of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy. He received his B.A. from the Pennsylvania State University, where he was a Schreyer Honors Scholar.
