Adam Weiss concentrates his practice on financial services litigation, representing banks and other financial institutions in matters involving allegations under the Truth in Lending Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and related federal and state consumer protection laws. Adam advises clients with respect to creative and innovative solutions for resolving claims in an efficient and effective manner.
Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Adam practiced at a New York City law firm, where he represented corporate clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters. He earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and received his B.A. in psychology, with distinction, from Cornell University.
